Some call it Nirvana. Others call it Awakening, Enlightenment, Realization, Oneness, Satori, Yoga, Liberation. For me, it is nothing mystical or grandiose, but something utterly mundane and ordinary. Whenever I hurt, I would examine the thoughts that I am believing in. And when I realize that those thoughts are untrue, I am left with nothing but Peace and Joy.

I'm back after a lapse of almost 2 years
I was distracted first by Reiki then Eckhart Tolle and
now I am back.
Reiki is still relevant to me as I continue to receive
healing benefits for myself as well as for my family
members.
Eckhart Tolle was necessary to expand my awareness
of the present moment and the Inner Body.
However, the thoughts (stressful) would not
let go of me.
I still need to deal with them. Watching thoughts
is not enough. It may free you for a while and you
enter peace. But when you come back to your family,
your job, stressful thoughts can come back and they
always do.
But, when we question the thoughts, the thoughts
lets us go permanently.
It may come back, but it would have lost its initial
force. We then question them again and they let
go of us.
We repeat this until finally they let go of us
completely.
